TREVOR
Systemic Problem
Patients with chronic or complex conditions face fragmented information, inconsistent guidance, and poorly coordinated services. This creates avoidable errors, stress, and disengagement from care.
Existing Landscape
Most patient education tools are static, generic, and disconnected from real care pathways. Navigation support is often informal and unequally distributed.
What We Build
TREVOR is a mixed-reality and conversational infrastructure that guides patients across care pathways; adapts to clinical context; supports therapeutic education; and reduces coordination burden.
Our Role
We design the socio-technical architecture, participatory interfaces, and governance models for TREVOR.
Evaluation Strategy
We measure comprehension, continuity, patient confidence, and system fit.
